I'm not great with technology. Can I still use telehealth for therapy?
The short answer is... YES! If you can email and text, you can use telehealth. Some people join using their phones.
Is telehealth as good as going into a therapist's office?
I believe that telehealth has some real advantages. It makes therapy so much more convenient and accessible. No need to leave your house and some people join during their lunch break at work. Most of us are more comfortable in our own environments and feel more relaxed in a familiar space. I also love that telehealth opens up therap to folks living in more rural areas who otherwise might not have access.

Can I do EMDR online?
Yes! EMDR doesn't have to be done in person. I assess to make sure each person is equipped for EMDR and find it to be just as impacting as in person EMDR.
